Refund policy

Exchange and Refund:
For missing or unsatisfactory items, please email us (wa_tf_sys@techfirm.co.jp ) within a week from the start of your delivery time slot and a picture of the product, if possible, we will contact you for exchange and/or refund.

We do not exchange or refund items that were delivered in good condition but are not to your taste.
